Is Countertop Office cheaper than Tradify?
Usually, because Countertop Office isn't priced per user. Business is $49 a month for up to 20 users and Solo is $19 a month for one, with no GST added. Tradify's Lite, Pro and Plus plans are each priced per user, so the gap tends to grow with your team. Check Tradify's current prices against your team size before you decide.
Does Countertop Office connect to Xero?
No. Countertop Office keeps its own double-entry books, so there's nothing to sync. If you want to keep Xero as your accounting system, a job app that syncs with it, such as Tradify, will suit you better.
Can customers pay by card?
Not through Countertop Office. Customers pay to the bank details on your invoice, and you record the payment against it. If taking cards matters to you, that's a reason to stay with a tool that does.
Can I bring my data across from Tradify?
